You work directly with our production team. We handle fabric sourcing, pattern development, cutting, sewing, printing and labeling. Before bulk production starts, we prepare a sample for you to approve the fit, fabric and branding.

Our Sportswear Factory in Thailand
Fabrion’s sportswear factory in Bangkok has been operating since 2000 and employs approximately 150 production staff. We have completed over 3,000 orders for around 275 customers worldwide.
The factory specializes in cut-and-sew sportswear production, with sublimation, screen printing and direct-to-film (DTF) printing handled in-house. We select fabrics and construction techniques to suit each product’s fit, performance requirements and intended use.

From Your Product Brief
to Bulk Production
Share your product details and requirements
Send the product type, estimated quantities, design references and delivery requirements. We prefer a physical reference sample but can review a clear tech pack or detailed measurement chart.
Review and approve your sample
We prepare a sample for you to review the fabric, fit, construction and branding. Any agreed changes are made before you approve the final sample, which becomes the reference for bulk production.
Confirm the order for production
After sample approval, we confirm specifications, quantities by size and materials. Production starts once order details are approved, the required deposit is received and materials are available.
Manufacture, check and prepare for dispatch
We manufacture your order to the approved requirements and prepare it for domestic or international shipment. Shipping arrangements and delivery requirements are confirmed for the order.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
Fabrics, Printing and Branding
We help you choose a fabric that suits how your sportswear will be used, considering stretch, weight, breathability and durability. The fabric also needs to be suitable for your printed or embroidered designs.
Fabrics sourced specifically for your order may require higher minimum order quantities, cost more and take longer to obtain. We confirm availability, supplier minimums, costs and lead times before confirming your order.
We offer sublimation, screen printing, DTF, heat transfers and embroidery. The most suitable option depends on your fabric, artwork, design placement and order quantity.
Your branding can also include neck labels, care and size labels, hang tags and custom packaging. Standard packing includes folding each item and placing it in an individual polybag. Additional labels or custom packaging may have their own minimum order quantities, additional costs and longer lead times.

We use the approved sample and confirmed specifications as the reference for production. Our four-stage quality-control process covers:
Materials and
pre-production
We check fabrics, colours, trims, artwork and production specifications against the approved requirements before bulk manufacturing begins.
Cutting and
in-line production
We check cut panels, stitching, printing, embroidery and construction while production is underway so problems can be identified and corrected early.
Finished-product
inspection
We inspect finished products for measurements, stitching, branding placement, labels and visible defects against the approved sample and specifications.
Final counting
and packing
We verify order quantities, size breakdowns, packaging and shipping details against the confirmed requirements before the order leaves our factory.
